      Not TSC's fault. Shipping company was late and would not respond to inquiries about shipping. Had to cxd order.

      Only received stairs...twice!!

      Wanted to love this product, but after ordering it, they only sent the staircase, no platform. They sent a replacement.....and yet again....only the staircase.

      Muddy 10" base

      Stand is very nice but the picture is not the stand i received. It was different but nice. Just when you refer to the picture for reference we struggled when putting it together. All and all very pleased with the final result. One more thing it would have been nice to have a few extra of the main fasteners. My pack was a couple short.
