Keep your water filter fresh and working as expected with the Mist GE MFW Water Filter Replacement. It's tested and certified by the IAPMO R&T and meets NSF/ANSI 42 and NSF/ANSI 372 standards for reduction of lead content and removal of contaminants, such as chlorine, taste and odor and particulates. It replaces the following filters: GE part numbers GE MWF, MWFP, GWF, GWFA, GWF01, GWF06, MWFA and MWFINT, KENMORE part numbers 46-9991, 469991 and 9991 and BRITA filters GERF-100, GWF, GWFA and HWF. An adapter may be needed if you have the following filters: Farce, Fort, Marc, Hart Wr97x10006 and Kenmore 46-9905. This filter is long-lasting, working for up to 6 months or 200 gal.

There isn't any left over charcoal in my water or any bad aftertaste. I really enjoy the perks of the filter. Clean water and clean taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great replacement filter, I couldn't be happier. The water tastes refreshing and great and doesn't have that mineral taste. It was very easy to install and replace the filter in my refrigerator and anyone can do it. It took all of 5 minutes to remove some of the food, take out the old filter and put in the new one, then put the food back. I'm completely happy with my Mist filter, Thank you.
