Better than I expected

Screw jacks work fine. The delivery and pick-up is another story. I was originally told (at the story) I had to order the jacks online, and I would get 2 notifications. First notification is order is being shipped, second notification is order is ready for pick-up. I was told to make sure to wait for the second email, and i did. I got the notification to pick-up the merchandise at about noon (April 2). At about 6pm, I headed to the Tractor Supply store. I got there and was told the store didn't receive the jacks... and THAT THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. ... I believe store personnel "misslead" (lied to) me... and the store management and Tractor supply leadership does not care. I headed home, and decided to call Tractor supply customer service. Customer service called the store (the same night). They said the store manager said the package isn't there and that this happens all the time. I asked that someone call me about this issue. I waited for a return call or email... today is April 13, and no one has call me. I have called Tractor supply customer service three times (about this issue)... not one call back. Was first told the store manager will call me, then was told the district manager will call me. I will wait a couple of days and will make a last call....

Worked great. Exactly what we needed.
