No instructions were included in the shipment box which was a bummer The screw that permits the oscillating fan to move side to side keeps falling out. Shipping nox who was in pretty rough shape when we received it. But no apparent damage to the actual parts.

Fan arrived without motor, manual...

Box was (likely) opened during transit and re-taped....box arrived damaged. Noted by UPS.
Upon opening box - no motor, manual, mounting bracket and likely other things? Hard to tell without the manual.
I called TS customer service immediately and apparently they cannot replace as supplier has no more.
So I waited several days in a heat wave and now I need to bring the incomplete order to the store
myself to get a refund, at my expense, and I still have no fan for my animals.
This is extremely poor outcome-can I give zero stars?
No, I do not recommend this product.

My shed height is 7 ft. The curve in the connecting arm made it a challenge to get fan high enough so animals could not mess with the fan.
