A lot of trouble

I picked up my Boss 550 on July 31, 2023 at my local Tractor Supply in Midland, NC with cosmetic damage. I drove it for two months (75 miles) and it overheated causing internal damage. It’s currenty having warranty work completed that’s taking 2 months while waiting on Massimo approval and parts. Wish I had purchased from another UTV manufacter and would advise others to do the same. If it continues to have problems I will contact TCS for a replacement vehicle. Massimo is the problem not TCS.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Enjoyable vehicle. It isn’t crazy-powerful, but works great for us so far. The passenger door has trouble closing, but we are hoping that will smooth out with use.

Arrived at local Tractor Supply not in a crate. Flat tire and missing hardware to windshield, dented dump bed and several bolts rolling around in the cab of the UTV. Tractor supply clerk told me that crate was damaged in shipment. They did order a spare tire for me and filled the hold in old tire with fix-a-flat. Still waiting on the tire, going on third week now. Trying to find numbers to the handle for the windshield so I can order parts. Please just be aware that your machine might not get delivered as promised!

Parts are hard to find

I bought a Massimo 850-5 4 seat side by side two weeks ago and was impressed with the features and the value offered. However after one tank of gas I accidentally left the gas cap at a service station and it was lost. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Massimo to order another one. Was finally told they discontinued the 2020 model I purchased and they could not sell me a gas cap. If it is this complicated to get a replacement gas cap I can only imagine what getting a real part will be like. Still very upset that I cannot find a gas cap anywhere listed to replace it with.
No, I do not recommend this product.
