SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE

As the other reviews suggest, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. They store these things in flimsy boxes and neglect them in their warehouse. Bought 1 and it came in a damaged box with missing parts. After a battle trying to get a return, I settled on a replacement...THAT ALSO CAME IN A DAMAGED BOX WITH MISSING PARTS. I'm starting to think that even if they manage to send me a bike with all the parts, it still won't run. They will straight up tell you "We sent you an email" but they absolutely don't. They will give you the runaround until the return window is closed and they won't give you your money back. They're making millions of dollars on poor saps just trying to buy their kids a cool present. Dishonorable company.

Ordered online as a Christmas gift. Would not start after it was assembled. I was able to return and a replacement was sent. The replacement did actually start ,however the brakes were locked up. We had to replace the brake cable . The throttle cover was broken . I would not recommend this product!!

Rediculous buy !

Purchased online . Picked up on Christmas Eve gifted it to my niece Christmas tried to start it up for the first time on Christmas wouldn’t start so she had to sit and watch everyone ride there new Toys dropped it off the next day at tractor supply said they didn’t have anyone to look at it till 3 days later called back up 3 days later was told they had to order a new carburetor on a brand new bike .
So called back 3 days after and was told no one was I. That could talk to me about it . So still waiting on my nieces Christmas gift 6 days later . Rediculous
