Was missing parts and the claims/warranty department weren't of any help in fixing the situation. Luckily I have some older small four wheelers I was able to scavenge the needed parts from. Otherwise it is a great running little bike.

Missing parts right out of the box. Assembly instructions were for a different bike. Foot peg broke first ride. Took 2 weeks to get another. They immediately broke off again.

Barr, the bike assembly is only for the front wheel and handlebars. All of the required tools are provided. If there's any damage during delivery, we can send you replacement parts since this is considered under warranty.
