The MBUS (Magpul® Back-Up Sight) Pro is a corrosion-resistant all-steel back-up sighting solution that delivers maximum functionality and strength with minimum bulk at a price that's even smaller than its size. The dual aperture, windage adjustable rear and no-tool, elevation adjustable front excel in all 1913 Picatinny rail mounting applications, including rail-height gas blocks. Positive detents keep the MBUS Pro Front and Rear at standard AR sight height when deployed, and so low when they are stowed that you'll never notice them until they're needed. Narrow width front sight is compatible with most IR aiming laser and light installations for the professional user. Made in the USA.

  • All steel construction: Finished with QPQ salt bath nitride for extreme resistance to wear and corrosion
  • 0.432" height above rail at tallest point and covers less than 1-5/8" of rail when stowed
  • Standard AR sight height when deployed: Positive detents in both the up and down positions as well as on the elevation knob
  • Elevation adjustment knob no tools required
  • Steel, rectangular sight post selectable between Match and Standard widths: 0.04" Match width for increased precision. 0.06" Standard width for maximum visibility

    Replaced A2 sights, used as primary sights.

    Replaced A2 sights with MBUS Pro as primary sights. Using an absolute co-witness with a Holosun 510C in dot only mode for faster acquisition, but aim as trained using the iron sights. Love the match width front sight option of the MBUS Pro.

    Not happy, very hard to turn. Had to use a tool. Luck i had something at the range. Never could get it zeroed.

    What a joke no flip up button I would not spend a penny on these. In a gunfight time is your enemy I'm a special operations guy that's been in many gun fights and these are junk sites look for night's Armament or ones that pop up without having to take you out of the gunfight complete junk

    Won’t adjust

    The front sight does not adjust, the front sight post just rotates without moving up or down for the adjustment. I saw the same thing happen to a partner of mine while we were on the range and thought it was a one off but I was mistaken. I researched a solution and found no answer.
