- A: Hi, 33 in. sag-proof tight weave rope platform seat on basket swing for tree or playground. SWING SET OR OTHER HORIZONTAL BEAM ASSEMBLY – Attach the basket swing to a swing set by removing two sets of swings from the existing swing set and attach the spring clips to the chain support hooks. Allow 1.5 times the total length of the rope to the spring clips of clearance on each side of the swing from stationary objects or other swinging elements of any kind. I bought this for my 3 year old and he loves it. It is very comfortable and sturdy for him, I decided to go with a basket because it’s hanging on a tree downward on a hill so I feel safe with him in the basket. Plenty of room for multiple kids as well.
