Q: I am not able to turn the light off in any way except by removing a battery. I bought three of these, and they are all like that. What am I missing?

- A: Hi, This lantern light also features a pop-up on/off button for easy use. Its the white part on the top. Operation Instructions On/Off: Press down on the lens (large white piece on top) and release to turn the lantern on and off.2 years agoHelpful?

Had the same problem, won't turn off. Tried everything, only thing that worked was removing the batteries. Bought 3 also but I can't return because I trashed the receipt. Do NOT RECOMMEND
