- A: a) Check the fuel shut-off valve is in the “ON” position. b) Check that “ON”/“OFF” switch is in the “ON” position. c) Move the throttle lever to “FAST”. Always operate the engine with throttle lever in the “FAST” position. d) Move choke control lever to “CHOKE” position. e) Grasp rope handle and pull slowly to the point of resistance. Once resistance is felt pull rapidly to start the engine and to avoid engine kickback. f) After allowing the engine to warm up, move the choke control lever slowly toward “RUN”. In cold weather give the engine extra time to warm up before slowly moving the choke lever toward “RUN”. Great chipper horrible wheels

Wood chipper works great the wheels that are on it are horrible was chipping up brush and wheels folded over causing wood chipper to fall over while being used

Chipper works but garbage wheels

Works as advertised except for the wheels. The wheels are plastic garbage. The bend and warp not on a level surface.
