The item I ordered was stated to be 5’ x 15’ or 10’ x 10’. The item I received was 5’ x 10’. The box was so mutilated, taped and ripped that I’m very surprised even half of it made it to my front porch. Then to know it cost me $99 for the white glove shipping absolutely shocked me. I attempted to reach out via delivery message to explain but only received a response that this was an auto response and the box wasn’t monitored. I tried several other links and to no avail. I would not recommend this product or this company for any purchase. In addition, this request for a review grays out the option of adding pictures to review.

Customer service sucks!

I ordered this and it was shipped within 2 days. However, the delivery date came and went & I never received my product! I called TSC and they told me that I had to wait at least a week in case my product gets delivered. It never did. Almost 2 weeks later and multiple calls to TSC they finally cancelled my order. Im still waiting on my refund. Do not recommend buying from this company.

Nice and tall 6’ purrfect for a catio too

Very nice and tall which is perfect for my cats and dog. I made it 5’ x 15’ and it was doable by myself as a 40yr old woman. It took around four hours with breaks. I’ve had one of the panel kennels that you also have to put together and this one went up just as easily. This was my first time installing any kind of chain link but it was easy.

It’s super heavy but Super easy to set up and my dog loves it!!! He has room to run around and this kennel has been in 2 storms already and didn’t break down! I would highly recommend this!
