I was going to buy individual panels use as fencing for my driveway to keep my dogs safe. Its was less expensive to buy the kennel. Best price by far was TS. Delivery was early and great! Love it

Rusted out within a couple of years

Gate Rusted out in just a few years.
Tractor supply told me to deal with the manufacturer -
Lucky DogJewett Camron did nothing even after providing sales orde/receipt and pictures of the rusted out hinges/gate - one of worst purchases ever - Disappointed TS didn't stand behind products they sell

I bought this through TSC. It arrived more than two WEEKS after the estimated arrival date. I understand this is due to the current quarantine, but it can't be that hard to change the website info to reflect reality.
We picked up the kennel from the local store because home delivery was not an option. We got it to my house, unloaded the panels, and discovered one panel had damage. It had a bar twisted and broken away from the weld, and it had been that way long enough for rust to begin forming in the sheared patch, so SOMEONE should have noticed before handing it over.
I needed this kennel RIGHT NOW because I am still living in an RV due to Hurricane Michael, and my 75-pound dog has to stay contained. If the kennel isn't functional, he has to be in the un-air conditioned RV. In direct sunlight. In Florida.
I ordered the thing a month ago, and still can't have the use of it.
But there has been no offer to replace the panel, refund the cost, or expedite the situation.
Don't buy anything, AT ALL, from any California companies right now. They can't even open for emergency repairs.

Very nice dog pen worth the money

The delivery was fast and it was easy to assemble with 1 other person. The quality is the best part. Very well made you could keep a lion in it. Very pleased and it looks great. I never thought I would get a compliment on a dog pen but I have.
