    Nice griddle, but does not distribute heat evenly. Could be my gas burner, but center of griddle burns four pancake middles before outside corner batter sets up. Never had this problem with the aluminum griddle I hoped to replace.

    This griddle is the best I have ever used. Well made and is constructed in the USA! I highly recommend it. I use it for pancakes and French toast. It cooks evenly and quickly.

    It’s an excellent product but I was looking for 11 inch cooking area this is outside dimension I returned it to the store. With no issues about the return.
