Made for steel to wood connections. These screws were not available at the 'big box' store that sold the posts. Very strange. Thanks to TSC, I was able to "make the connection". Thanks TSC!

Solid screw...could use a couple of upgrades

I do have two recommendations on improving the product. First, it would be great if the screws worked with a hex drive rather than Phillips. Second, if there could be a self-tapping feature added to the tip of the screw. Both of these would make it much easier when attaching wood stringers in tight spaces.

I bought this to do my fence the posts are great but the screws break as soon as installing constant fixes.
