The purchase of the safe was a bit out of order. The store couldn't get it done for me, but they were very pleasant to work with. Once I ordered on-line the delivery went well. Unfortunately, things didn't work perfectly with the safe. After changing the combination, the handle locked up and wouldn't function. Liberty sent someone out asap and took care of the issue promptly which was an easy fix. They will have a very happy customer ever after because of the after sale customer service.

I’m sure I would love the safe but the delivery driver on 2 different occasions was afraid to bring truck up my steep driveway. Second time he assured me smaller truck would fit.

My cannon safe began to give problems and I needed to replace it so i went with this Liberty Revere safe. Appears to be well built and sturdy and works perfectly for my needs. Experience with TS was very positive as well. I ordered it and had it shipped to the store and picked it up there. Manager let me look it over before it left the back to be loaded to ensure it wasn't banged up and said if i wasn't satisfied i could get a full refund. The safe was nicely boxed up and wrapped with heavy cardboard and foam and was in A1 condition. They loaded it for me and helped me tie it down before I left the store with it. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience with our local TS. Also I ordered it on May 2nd expected ship date was May 29th. I picked it up on May 7th so it came in less than a week, that was quick. No doubt I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you TS. Mike

When the safe arrived, the driver could only leave on my sidewalk with no option for in-home delivery. With that said, we had several family members come to help get it into the house. Once there, we uncreated the safe to see the code box hanging from the safe, the inside wasn't put together at all (it was definitely a puzzle to figure out), the paint was scratched on the outside (missing spots of paint). When you get this, make sure to "uncreate" it outside with the driver still there. Oh, and it definitely doesn't hold all long guns. We have several that we couldn't put in the safe. My husband and I decided to keep the safe and move it to the workshop and get a better/bigger one from another company that will deliver/install

Wanted a made in USA safe. Build quality seems good but the door doesn't seem to close tight and there's no adjustment. The interior is unusable for 28" barrel shotguns unless you remove the top shelf and to do that you have to remove some of the fire panels. It just needs more versatility inside for long guns. Guess I should've taken a shotgun to the store to test fit lol. I did modify my top shelf to fit my long guns.

Was happy with the safe, it had plenty of room and don’t worry as much now.

This safe was delivered with some minor damage to the outside front door, but MAJOR damage to the interior. Completely unusable and unacceptable. Was very excited to get this safe and I couldn't be more disappointed with the poor quality it was delivered in.

Customer service is awesome and started having problems with door not closing all the way, called liberty and they had safe repair people come replace hinges, worked for a while now I’m having problems again!

1st order would not unlock. 2nd order came damaged. 3rd try was ordered almost a month ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive.

Had this safe delivered twice to my home and both times the handle was broken. Will not be ordering from tractor supply again.

Great safe, shelfs and a lot of space. Be sure to get a friend to help move it. My wife was not much help. I thought you were strong. No comment on that.

Great safe and the customer service was out of this world. I was out of town when the safe went on sale and couldn’t arrange the pickup within the required 3 day period. I spoke to Greg at the Emmett store and he was able to accommodate the pickup at a later date. I’m a customer for life.

The safe was completely in unusable. Scratched, handle broken, and lock broken. Couldn’t even open the safe. Inadequate packing.

Great safe at a wonderful price!

Hadn't had it long enough to make a review yet, but this safe seems to be built very good, heavy made. It took me and my neighbor to move it into the house. Can't say anything about the fire rating because we haven't had to use it that way, (thank God). Tractor Supply was excellent to deal with.

It fulfills its function. The interior fit and finish is good, shelving feels solid. Plenty of space, though with the usual caveats about how many guns will actually fit. Delivery was prompt and professional; the driver helped unbox and pointed out a few minor flaws before I accepted delivery.

Made in America, 375lbs empty and bolted to concrete, it's secure. Solid feel and looks great too. Large enough for a first safe or for expansion if ( when) you by more guns! I have 9 long guns, ammo and a hand gun in mine and still not full! Best value for a safe made in the US.
