Q: Hi I just bought one of these and the guy that installed it accidentally drilled a screw in to the back area, it barely punctured it but a bunch of air shot out. Is there any way I can just order the part so that I don’t need to purchase another unit?

Q: Is the unit suppose to protrude into my room when installed? I have the sleeve with the Louvered aluminum rear grill (AXSVA4). It is about 2” into my room NOT including the faceplate. I was hoping to have this flush to the wall. pics or a video would help

Q: Purchased LT12124CNR to replace a 25 yo Kenmore 12K BTU ac (Model 2537912599). This is the only ac in condo & need close to 12K. AXSVA4 is too large for the current hole: maximum 24.75” x 15.5” & hole can't be increased (studs). Is there another sleeve?

Q: Hello, I need to replace an old thru wall A/C and the old units manual states the sleeve thats currently installed is 24.25 w x 15.25. Will this unit fit that existing sleeve dimension? If not do you have a unit that will?

Very powerful air conditioner unit!

I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review from #influenster. This LG in the wall air conditioner unit is exactly what we needed. It's energy-efficient and very quiet. The remote is nice to have as well. It isn't the easiest installation, but we'll be worth it when we're fished with our project. It's very powerful and cools quickly. It's 11,800 BTU. We are very pleased with this ac unit! I highly recommend this product! It's worth every penny for sure. This thing will cool our garage in no time! It's also very stylish and sleek looking.

Keeps the room very cool

This air conditioner is pretty good at cooling down a large bedroom. It throws air out pretty good but could be a little stronger. It's energy efficient and won't make your electricity bill go up too much. It comes with a remote control.

Item was purchased Aug 28th and upon start up it was very loud, hard to even talk over it. Within days it developed a squeal as well. LG tech determined it was faulty. Not repairable
