Awesome unit

10/10! We set it up in our living room window and leave our bedroom doors open, works great! - Once we picked a temperature, there's no readjusting all the time. It holds pretty steady without the turning on and off. Even when on Eco mode. - There's no added moisture in the air, the room doesn't feel clammy and gross when the AC is running. It's comfortable. The noise is not bothersome at all! The unit is heavy so keep that in mind for installation but it’s a lovely unit! It’s summer so it’s a good timing for the ac. Can’t wait to use this in the winter for the heat setting as well!

A good smart AC unit

We installed the TCL 10000 BTU cooling (450 sq ft) in my home office, which is a bit smaller than 450 sq ft. Cooling wise, it works really well. Noise level is a bit loud but I'm on the sensitive side and considering it being window unit, i would say it's pretty average. One of the standout features is the compatibility with our Google home. I think it also works with alexa. We live in a dry area but if you live in a humid area, the dehumidifier mode will be helpful for you. One thing you need to be aware of is that you need a metal wall sleeve and it's sold separately. so make sure you have that ready before installation. Not included. As long as you have the right sleeve, the installation shouldn't be too hard. I think this is a good unit to purchase.

Great Option for smart AC !

This energy efficient AC has a great cooling capacity, my main hall is big and tall, and within an hour it was capable of cooling the area. Installation seems not that hard and the noise level it has is mid. You can definitely hear it but is not that noisy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good AC!

This through-the-wall airconditioner is a savior for Texas summers! Not only that this is very powerfull and can pretty much cool the entire ground floor of our house, but it is also super easy to install and operate either with an included remote or the app! Definitely a must have!
