Latanoprost Ophthalmic Solution is commonly used in the management of elevated intraocular pressure and glaucoma. Latanoprost works by increasing the amount of fluid drained from the eyes. Special Precautions

Side Effects

The most commonly reported reactions to this medication are:

• Eye stinging (shortly after application)
• Local irritation, causing redness in the tissue around the eye
• Constricted/smaller pupils
• Change in iris color (to dark brown)

If these effects to not resolve on their own, or if you notice any other reactions, notify your veterinarian.
