They arrived. in a timely manner and the Boots are comfortable and really didn't need to be broken in as the leather is somewhat softer then I have received with other boots. Don't get me wrong, the leather is sturdy and appears to be as good a quality as other boots, it's just that they have more flex and appear easier to walk in. Time will tell how durable they are but for now Thumbs up.

Laredo Is My New Favorite Western Boot

I purchased these online which I never do unless I try them on in the store first. So pleasantly surprised by the quality, fit, and the rubber sole. I wear a 10 D which they call a 10 M. I had them shipped to the house and the packaging was perfect to protect and support the boots. Laredo is now my go to western boot!

WRONG SIZE SENT

Clearly on my order that was sent to me says “9 M” but was sent “9 W”. Called customer service who insisted that I ordered a “9W”. Claimed it was a glitch in the system.
No, I do not recommend this product.
