No customer service or support after the sale

Had trouble with the battery and control throttle tried to contact customer service all you get to run around. I finally got to somebody who sent me a text and then asked for information and pictures which I tried to send but the number that they texted me on keeps giving me that it won’t go through so obviously they got it blocked so you’re on your own as far as any problems cause you can’t get a hold of any customer service to resolve them you’re gonna have to take care of it yourself
