THE BAD - After several months, the black numbers and lines printed on the glass rain gauge started to disappear little by little, and got to where it was unreadable any more, then I found the glass broken and pieces on the ground one day. So I went back to Tractor Supply to buy just the specific replacement glass rain gauge piece, but they were out of stock. So right now just the metal flower holder part is in the yard without the glass rain gauge in it. THE GOOD - The metal part of this rain gauge setup - the rod, the orange flower, the green leaves, etc. still look as nice and new and bright as it did when I first set it up, approximately 1 year ago. It has been through storms, high winds, and the unforgiving brutal Texas summer sun and heat with no fading, no chipping, and no rusting anywhere on it. It has stayed perfectly in place also. It looks great! It is very pretty! BOTTOM LINE - The only problem is the printing on the glass rain gauge itself becomes unreadable over time.

I would have loved this rain gauge, but it was never received. Eventually found out it had been damaged in shipment and was returned to sender. Tractor Supply never informed me nor refunded my purchase price. I had to call to find out, and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Did not come with rain gauge but called and they were Super Responsive!
