Kurgo's Direct to Latch Swivel Tether keeps your dog from wandering around the car while you're on the road. Simply attach the swivel carabiner to your dog's harness and the universal latch clip directly to the vehicle frame using the child safety latches. Your dog will still be able to sit or lie down. But he's not going far, thanks to Kurgo's innovative latch attachment system that prevents the seatbelt from releasing if he accidentally steps on it. Extends 12 in. -22 in.     Safe travels

    Excellent tether to keep our dog safe in the backseat. The seat belt type didn’t work as she would step on it and release the clip. I’ve used this tether since she was a pup and she always gets clipped in before we move. She is 60 lbs, Labrador.

    Keeps my pup safe!

    This item does exactly what it's designed for but only works if you have the in-seat anchor. The swivel head works great too since my pup likes to fidget in the back seat. I feel better knowing he's tied down in case I have to stop quickly or if we get into an accident. I love that I can roll the window all the way down and he can't just hop out of the car after a fast-moving squirrel!

    No more releasing the seat belt buckle

    This is a better solution for our dog than with the traditional latch that went through the top of the Kurgo harness.She would either get tangled or accidentally unlatch the seat belts in the back seat.Direct to latch is easy to use.

    Keep the bebes safe!

    I love the seatbelt you offer. Previously had the one that buckled in. I prefer this one, because one time it did come unbuckled. Way to make an important adjustment to already great product!

Though our direct to seatbelt tethers can work well for some pups, others can at times either by accident or sneakiness step on the buckle and release the tether, so different connection points are a better fit for those situations.
