Adequate but not great.

I got the cooker to scald birds before plucking. The timer was a pain in the hindquarters. The aluminum pot was dented on pickup. It did the job but I wouldn't purchase again.

works well, safety valve takes a minute to get it started, but once you are going it all works fine.
