- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Here are the instructions from the user manual: 1) Begin by emptying the crate out, close and secure the doors to the crate (front and side) 2) Locate the U shaped hooks at the top that hold the front door panel and back panel (these are the shorter panels of the crate), Pull the panel out while lifting the top of the crate to release from the U shaped hooks (this needs to be done on both the shorter sides), Once they are released the panels will collapse forward into the crate. 3) Lastly only the larger panels will be left, there is a latch at the bottom of your crate so you will want to fold the crate away from the latch first, and then you will fold the last section towards the latch then you will be able to flip the latch over and that will secure the crate for storage.a year agoHelpful?

Got the crate, box was ripped up like an animal got to it before I got my package was dropped off. Opened the box and put crate together. Crate is dented in several places, can barely lock it because that panel it's on is dented in as well. Also it's very light, my dog can move around the house while she's inside it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Extra large kennel with think enough metal gauge

The air from our ceiling fan and the dog’s floor fan can circulate through it, keeping our dog cool. The kennel is large enough for my small Great Pyrenees (a giant breed) & a few toys. Our hyper German Shepherd literally runs into this kennel when he is told to, because he can see outside the kennel and feel like he is near our 2 other dogs when it’s time to calm down & take a nap! They all have this type of kennel, and the gauge (thickness) of the wire is strong enough to keep even the hyper dog inside. Very good product!
