Create your own superior quality all-purpose aluminum wagon with the Kahuna Wagons DIY Aluminum Wagon Kit. This kit includes everything you need to build the wagon you've always wanted! Just chose your wagon bed/deck material and we'll provide everything else! DIY Kit includes: (2) Heavy-duty aluminum undercarriages with 2 pre-drilled 3/8 in. holes on each end to bolt to the wagon bed of your choosing. Undercarriages are 26 in. wide fabricated from 4 in. x 3/16 in. aluminum plate. Front undercarriage includes full wagon turning assembly with pre-assembled 3/4 solid aluminum axles. The rear undercarriage comes with axle tubing welded directly to the undercarriage with a 3/4 aluminum axle. (4) ten 4-ply tubed pneumatic tires with grease fittings. 300 lb. load capacity per tire. (1) Aluminum T pull handle. 36 aluminum pull handle is made from 1 in. x 1/8 in. commercial grade square aluminum tubing with a 1 round aluminum grip handle. It also comes with a slight bend at the bottom so the handle rests leaning over your wagon bed versus laying on the ground waiting to be tripped over. Stainless steel hardware included: (1) 1/4 in. x 2 in. hex head cap screw with washers and nylon insert lock nut for attaching the handle to the turning assembly. (4) 3/4 in. flat washers for the tires. (4) 3/4 lynch pins or collars with set screws for securing the tires onto the axles. (8) 3/8 in. x 1 in. button head cap screws with 3/8 in. washers and 3/8 in. nylon insert lock nuts for attaching the front and rear undercarriage to the wagon bed/deck of your choice.
