K&H Pet Products Thermal-Bowl, 32 oz. is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Even at 1°. This worked well when the temperature was below freezing. I do wish it was bigger for our three cats. The dish only holds enough for one day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never freezes I bought this so the cats living outside on my farm would have water access all winter. Those feral cats keep down the mouse population. Giving them some cat food every day is easy, but supplying water during frigid weather is tedious. This little bowl solves that problem. I keep it on my front porch, so filling it is easy. I don't think it uses a lot of electricity because the water never really gets warm; it just doesn't freeze.
