The K&H Coolin' Pet Pad is the affordable cooling solution for dogs of all sizes. The cooling pet pad can be used by itself or placed on top of a pet's bed. Using anti-microbial materials, the K&H Coolin' Pet Pad will NOT mildew, turn hard, or deteriorate like other brands. The cold dog or cat pad has NO toxic gels to worry about. It is truly great for travel, camping, crates or anywhere in the home that needs help keeping your pets cool. It goes wherever you do because it never requires any refrigeration. One year limited warranty.
Small 11 X 15 is recommended for use in a shaded area with dogs under 15 lbs; perfect for cats, toy breeds, and small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire/Silky Terriers, and Boston Terriers. Medium 15 X 20 is recommended for use in a shaded area with dogs weighing between 10 - 20 lbs; perfect for small to medium breed dogs such as Pugs, Shih Tzus, and Pomeranians. Large 20 X 36 is recommended for use in a shaded area with dogs weighing between 20 - 50 lbs; perfect for medium to large breed dogs such as Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniels, and Australian Shepherds. X-Large 27 X 38 is recommended for use in a shaded area with dogs weighing over 50 lbs; perfect for larger breeds such as golden retrievers, Labradors, and Bernese Mountain Dogs

- A: At this time, there are no pet beds on the market that are 100% chew or scratch proof. We understand that pet beds are not cheap and we recommend that pet parents closely monitor their pet’s behavior as they introduce the bed. We suggest that the bed be introduced only when a person is present so that negative behavior can be stopped & to encourage the pet to understand that this is a resting spot, not a huge play toy.6 years agoHelpful?

- A: No, the K&H Coolin' Pet Pad does not get plugged into an electrical outlet. When kept in the shade, this product will stay at ambient air temperature, meaning if it is 80 degrees in your house, the pad will be 80 degrees which is cooling your pup down by about 22 degrees.8 years agoHelpful?

Good for kitties too

Great for floofy cats too! Our extra fuzzy lady is 13 years old now and the heat seems to be effecting her more as a senior. The cooling pet bed has been a great option to keep her comfortable as it gets warmer out.

Worth the price!

Full confession, I didn't buy the cooling pad here, but I love it and wanted to leave a review.
I got this for some stray cats that I try to take care of. I was prepared for them to be indifferent and to need to return it, but they LOVE it! It gets pretty hot here, so I fill the pad with refrigerated water a couple times a day and they help me knead out all the air 😂
I've seen the scratch at it a couple of times, but so far, it's showing no signs or wear or tear.
The most difficult part is getting them off of it long enough to refill it!
It was a bit more than i wanted to spend, but it has been TOTALLY worth the price!!!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Its a good product but my dog doesnt like it. I ended up putting it under my sheets and sleep on it lol its great at keeping you cool while you sleep!

The best thing I could've bought!

This is the 3rd one I bought in 3 years I have a 4 yr old small dog that doesn't adjust to temperature changes very well. I keep one in the car because we have no air conditioner and one in her stroller. She's a service dog and goes with us every where so it's important that she's always comfortable. I bought the medium even though it wasn't meant for her weight because of her length and it's perfect. She knows what it's for and when she becomes uncomfortable she'll go lay on it until she cools down.
The only reason I bought a 3rd is I forgot to take it out over the winter. It froze and doesn't get cold any more.
Yes, I recommend this product.
