Disappointing Purchase Quality

Received the Johnson try square at the TSC store from an online order. The 1/8 graduation side of the square is free of scratches, well polished, and legible. The 1/16 side of the square not only has several sizes le scratches yet even more annoying is the metal has a grayish dull finish that makes the gradations difficult to distinguish and hard to see well. It's was intended as a gift but is not an acceptable quality. Now I have the hassle of trying to return it.
