Q: Does the tires come on the dolly.  Or do you have to put on yourself.   If they don’t come on it can tsc put them on for me

I wouldn't know. It was delivered missing the axle and returned. tractor supply is 5 out of 5 not getting a delivery right I had to load it up and take it back. If purchased there it would have been complete. online order was worthless.
