Bought these boots for my girlfriend they had an impressive tread pattern on the bottom and had what the manufacturer called quilted neoprene and an insulation level comfortable for a cold November. Purchased in store and the very next day took them out to a small creek and almost immediately the boot failed for waterproofing! We called the store and the person on the phone was familiar with the failure and informed us it happened to them as well. Got a full return and was happy with the customer service.
