iSpring is a company of integrity. Anytime a customer has issues I personally reached out the support has been phenomenal. It is a product of good quality and knowing they support me all the way through is a company I enjoy dealing with. I have been using the CK10 for a couple of years now and it has been good. I live near a resorvior so having a countertop filtration is a cost effective solution rather than bottled water. It tastes good and the see through system even looks good. I say Buy!!!
