This is an amazing product for a very reasonable price. I had an issue with a lot of noise in the pipes after it was installed, and Sean from the support team was amazing to work with in resolving the problem. It turns out that a pressure valve which my plumber had installed a few years ago, was causing the noise. Once the plumber replaced it with a new one the issue was solved.
I can't say enough good things about Sean and the support team for how generous and helpful he was.

I bought the ispring WGB32B for a weekend cabin to replace a tank due to hard water. I didn’t have enough room for a softener and tank and the ispring system fit perfectly.Unfortunately it froze this winter (my fault) and damaged some parts. Nick from support was able to help and sent the parts free of charge. Thanks Nick.
