I bet I’ve been through a half dozen pairs of the original ISOTunes headsets. I thought they were superior to these. Having the control up closer to my face kept me from having to fish around in my collar (or worse, scarf) to find the volume control. Since I’ve been using the 2.0 version, voice commands to my phone have gone haywire. I can only assume Siri can’t hear me well. I have tested out the microphone with a regular phone call. My wife says this version sounds as good as the last version. I have no idea why Siri is having such a hard time with it. In short, I thought y’all got it right the firs time. I still want the hearing protection. I still want the wire design so I don’t have to wonder which pocket I put my earbuds in. So I’ll probably keep buying them...but I was happier before. Don Brown

The earbuds are only “okay”. Customer service was terrible

I adore these earbuds. I love that they're magnetic, and that clicking the pieces together pauses my music/podcast/audiobook without me having to fiddle with my phone or even a button. I love the hearing protection. They hold a charge for a long time, they're pretty balanced tonally, and they're easy for my devices to find in pairing mode. What I hate is that every year, within a few weeks of the warranty window closing, they stop working properly. I'm on my third or fourth pair of these babies, and without fail, they go like a champ for 13 months, then crap out on me. The sound in one earbud will go out. Or the "click together to pause" feature I mentioned above stops working. I've resigned myself to buying a new pair every Black Friday, and I wish I didn't have to. But I'm addicted to the features I've found nowhere else!

Battery life is fantastic, brace sits nice on your neck, and sound quality is pretty good for hearing protection. Only issue was three of the foam inserts I received were strangely melted to one side. One being my size :( . Works but makes it way out easier than the other.
