    Didn't Charge Properly

    Glad they have a full refund policy, five stars for that, but one star for the buds. These did not charge in the case (plugged in or not), or would charge fully, then only last for 30 min. Got tired of messing with the charging pod and the terrible battery life, so sent them back and got a full refund! Would have preferred to have a working product though.

    Stick with the Free 2.0

    I had high hopes for these after using the original isotunes 1 and 2 then the Free 1 and 2. I found while the Free aware seem to fit my ear better, they are bulkier and the most annoying is the controls for volume, answer, skip, and back. I also find that I still have to take one out now and then to talk with someone and it disconnects. I’ve not found a way around having to put them back in the case then reinsert into my earls to have them both activate again. Still considering returning for a new pair of the Free 2.0 as I lost one.

    Initially, the setup included were vague. Contacted IsoTunes, and they responded immediately with a video link, that was better, and helped immensely. They are rather large. The noise reduction does not seem as good at attenuation as my air pods pro 3,, while mowing, or using battery powered leaf blower, vacuuming, AC job site table saw.
