Disappointed

Originally bought link 2.0 in May of 2023 with rechargeable battery. The main reason I bought these were so I could talk on the phone thru the headset and continue working. In the beginning it was great for the first couple months. Then it stopped charging, so I switched to regular batteries which wasn’t a big deal. Then after about 4-5 months every time sometime called I wasn’t able to talk with them because all the could hear was the equipment running . Frustrated I stopped using them and went back to my 3M headsets until recently I decided to buy a new boom microphone to see if that was the problem. Tried with new microphone and it wasn’t’t any better. Complete waste of money

They are comfortable but the speakers are absolutely awful. You can barely hear anything even when they are all the way turned up.
