Q: What cut off wheels does this use and how are the y attached to the tool?
4 years ago- A: The 326G Cut-off Tool uses a thin grinding disc, often called "Cut-off Discs" pr "Cut-off Wheels," that usually 1/16" thick. Since this tool is rated at 20,000 RPM, the cut-off disc used must be rated for at least 20,000 RPM to ensure safety. The hole through the center of the cut-off disc should be of a diameter that fits the wheel flange screw diameter, which I believe is 3/8". 3" diameter Cut-off Wheels are used with this tool fit within the guard. The Cut-off Disc is placed between the Arbor or Collet (item #26) and the Wheel Flange Screw (item #30). The Arbor Wrench (item #33) is placed on the flats of the Arbor (item #26) to hold it from turning while the customer uses the Flange Screw Wrench (item #32) to tighten the Wheel Flange Screw (item #31) into the Arbor.4 years agoHelpful?
