This thing is full and only lights about 10% of the time. I would not buy this for anything outdoor related there is a large chance it wont work when needed.

Decent fire rocks.

Decent fire rocks, reading other reviews I decided to give the fire rocks a try. While the rocks are good quality, half of them are pretty small. This means that to get higher rock placements, you would need to invest in at least 10lbs of these rocks. Also, I’m not sure if Ignik is cutting back on costs but my order didn’t come packaged in a nice bag, just an ordinary box. For what you get, the Ignik rocks are a lot pricier than what is already out there.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for the review! We actually recommend not pilling the rocks too high – we suggest only adding just enough to cover the flame ports, and our rocks are portioned to provide that amount. Adding more rocks can contribute to warping around the upper edge of the FireCan.
Additionally, when we first started selling the Fire Rocks, we did include a carrying bag, since we had a bunch left from an earlier project. But this was just kind of a bonus add-on, and was never actually intended to be a part of the product in the long-term.
