Great product from Husqvarna.

Very easy to use and more powerful than anticipated. We own a farm and have many branches hanging over paths. It cuts through easily. We’ve only owned for 2 months so I don’t have a comment on longevity at this time but the product is very interchangeable with other husqvarna products. Great battery life.

Customer beware.

So i was really happy to receive my pole saw as i had alot of work that needed to be done, i put the saw together charged the battery and headed out. I hot the first branch and all i got was smoke on the chain. I checked to make sure it was getting oil to the chain, and yes it was. Tried again and nothing, pulled the battery and started to investigate what was going on, and then i found the problem. This must have been a Friday or Monday saw as the factory installed the chain backwards. I couldnt believe that Husqvarna has such low QC nowadays. I have two chain saws from them and they have never had a problem but putting a chain on backwards common Husq you must do better then that. After i fixed that problem the saw works like a champ, zipped right thru the limbs like butter. I do recommend this saw but if it doeant cut straight away check your chain.

4th Husqvarna tool.

Started in 2009 with a 50th anniversary 450 chainsaw and have been a happy owner since then. Added a 570 chainsaw not long after, a 535ls commercial string trimmer and now a battery driven 330lk pole saw. The 330 is a strong machine. Very easy to handle and is ripping right thru 10" limbs with ease. Glad I caught the special sale with the additional bonus battery. I'll really be able to get some work done. As much as I like my 2 stroke saws and trimmers, the quite of the battery pole saw is great!

To early to say
a year ago
On day of reception I unpacked my saw, charged the battery and assembled the saw. It looks good, easy to handle and well balanced. I attempted a test cut on a low hanging oak limb, about 2.5" diameter. The saw started in with gusto and promptly the chain quit pulling. In an extremely brief diagnosis I found that the coupler on the second stage of the drive shaft broke. What I mean by broke is that the coupler is brazed to the shaft and the brazing was not sufficient to retain the coupler to the second stage shaft. I'll suppose for the moment that it must have been a Friday or a Monday and that the robot or person responsible for this operation had a miss. So it goes.
I'll wait for resolution and put it back to work. I feel certain this will be an awesome tool.
