Fan Chain

I believe we have it figured out but we did have a problem pulling the fan chain. I may not have had the guide perfectly lined up where the chain comes out the outlet. The chain would bind coming out of the outlet.

Classy but needs better material

Material could have been better quality. More detailed review for 52" fan. Customer service was intermittently helpful. They would mail new parts if something was broken, but they mailed the wrong part and then just mailed another replacement part. It seems wasteful. But anytime I asked for a partial refund or an additional discount, they refused. I didn't enjoy their customer service overall, even though they are responsive and have a chat function.

Why isn't brass or antique brass available? Only dark bronze, nickel, or white is available. Most look like airplane propellers.
