Designed to be used with two reins, the cheekpieces are attached to the smaller top ring with the snaffle rein is attached at the mouthpiece and the curb attached at the bottom ring. The peanut style mouthpiece offers less of a nutcracker effect, while the apple flavored polymer encourages the horse to chew and relax their jaw for greater control.
