TSC Doing the Right Thing

The first order arrived damaged, the cardboard box had a vee shaped cut that scored the tack box, that I ordered. The TSC personal processed the return and ordered a refund. They explained the process throughly, in an easy to understand manner The second order arrived intact. The store personnel helped me load the box in my vehicle and offered further assistance if required. TSC resolved this situation with a minimal amount of inconvenience.
