I’ve been using Hill’s Science Diet Adult 7+ Small Bites for my senior dog, and overall I’m really happy with it. First off, the smaller kibble size is a big win. My dog is older and doesn’t chew as aggressively as before, so the small bites make it much easier for him to eat comfortably. I noticed right away that he wasn’t struggling during mealtime anymore. In terms of quality, this food seems very well-balanced. His coat looks healthier and softer, and he’s maintained a steady energy level throughout the day without any digestive issues. That’s a huge plus, since switching foods can sometimes upset his stomach—but that wasn’t the case here. Another thing I appreciate is that it’s formulated specifically for senior dogs. It feels like I’m giving him something tailored to his age and needs, especially for things like digestion and overall health. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricier than some other brands, but given the noticeable benefits, I think it’s worth it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone with a small senior dog. It’s been a reliable, high-quality option that my dog enjoys and does well on.
