This chair provides everything promised. My only issue with it is that the seat slants forward. I always feel as though I'm sliding off the seat. I checked all the adjustments to see if there was a way to minimize this, but no luck.

If you want a chair that's built to last this is the chair for you. I am 6'4" and weigh 425 and this chair feels great. I can't comment on the long term comfort of the chair because I just got it but if the feel of this one compared to other chairs I have had this one will last a long time. The seat although not real squishy like an overstuffed leather chair this one feels firm but comfortable with no pressure on the back of the thighs. The adjustable lumbar support is great and the movable arms are a plus. This chair is definitely built for a big and tall person. If your under 6' don't buy this chair. At 6'4" I have to have it lowered all the way down. My wife is 5'2' and has to set on the very front edge to touch the floor.

This was very easy to put together and takes about 30 minutes. Very comfortable and well built. This has a big seat and lot of room. Only issue were the wheels which I changed out with hard roller wheels which roll the chair easier. The arms raise up out of the way with ease. Great back support and no issues sitting for hours. Shopped around and best deal and comfort.
