High hopes

Had high hopes to try this product on our outdoor patio. Found this product very reasonably priced compared to competitors price. Ordered online with ship to store option. Arrived in a timely manner. Upon pick up, realized that wrong item had been sent. Retuned wrong item and processed to customer service to reorder. The rep wanted to call to verify the reorder would be correct and not shipped incorrectly again. Appreciated the extra effort to try and avoid repeat if there was a problem in their system. Pressed for time, I left my info with a promise to be contacted with answers and/or a resolve. But, with no further contact, I’ve since moved on.
