Q: Does this mean I can keep bees right in my windowsill? That would be a fun project. Do I need to put something inside of it to attract them?

- A: The Harvest Lane Honey 1 qt. Glass Jar Beehive Entrance Feeder works by using a plastic feeder that fits at the hive entrance, allowing bees to access liquid feed from an inverted jar with a perforated lid. Here's a more detailed explanation: How it works: The feeder is designed to fit snugly at the front of the hive entrance, allowing bees to access the liquid feed. The Jar: A 1-quart glass jar is included, which you fill with liquid bee feed (like sugar syrup). The Lid: The jar is inverted and placed in the feeder, with the lid having small holes that allow the bees to access the liquid. Gravity Suction: The bees access the feed through the holes in the lid, and the feeder uses gravity suction to dispense the liquid. Visible Feed Level: One advantage of this feeder is that you can see the level of syrup remaining from the outside of the hive, avoiding the need to open the hive to check. Easy to Use: The feeder is designed to be simple and convenient for beekeepers to use to feed their bees.a year agoHelpful?
