Strong customer service, kindness and care.

I came into the store on Elizabeth St. in Pueblo, CO. I wanted a raised bed planter for a kitchen herb garden. A store employee helped me find exactly the right option for my budget and my plans. On top of that I had the help of two employees to carry out the 4 planters and bags of soil I bought. It was a tight fit but they were able to figure out how to make everything fit in a Toyota Camry! Thank you Tanja et al!!

They dropped the ball half way through.

The wood went together surprisingly easy and precise. I was impressed! Then I spent forever trying to juggle and tweak the metal bin so that all parts would come together in an acceptable manner. I was headed for a 5 rating but ended with 2 1/2 due to out of square metal cuts and/or bends.
