GroundWork 6 x 3ft. Black Galvanized Steel Planter

First thing I noticed when receiving the box is the Prop 65 warning. This worried me initially so I did more research. I think they're required to put this warning on everything, just in case. I'm not sure. For the cost and for first-time gardening purposes.. this raised bed has worked well for us so far. It was not hard to assemble. This is my first time using a raised bed.. I piled sticks in first layer, then brown leaves debris, some tree mulch that has decomposed, then about 4-6" of raised bed organic soil (in bag), etc. Planted 6 pepper plants, cilantro and some other companion flowers around the edges.. will see how this works. Yes, it looks nice and modern in my garden space.

I bought 3 raised beds. Easy to assemble, filled with 16 bags of soil. So happy with results! Planted lots of tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and herbs and marigolds. Also sprinkled dried egg shells to keep the snails away. already have flowers and some tomatoes coming!

Constructed of heavy, galvanized, and powder-coated steel. Should provide many years of use. The only complaint has to do with putting it together. There are a total of 48 nuts and bolts. As received, all nuts and bolts are together. Therefore, all 48 have to be separated in order to use them to assemble the unit. It takes almost as long to separate the nuts and bolts as it takes to assemble the entire unit.
