Nice quality, easy to build

Straightforward to build with decent quality wood and sheet metal. Had a couple of screws with their heads filled in, but otherwise great little assembly project. Also, for anyone looking for more detailed dimensions, figured I would include them here since they aren't really available anywhere on the product description. The side profile of the soil bed is a trapezoid that is roughly 31 inches across on the top and 16 1/4 inches across on the bottom. From bottom to top, the trapezoid is 16 inches. The soil bed is about 45 inches long. Those dimensions together give us a volume of about 9.84 cubic feet if you filled it up to the brim. If you prefer a different unit, that's roughly: * 9.84 cubic feet * .36 cubic yards * 590 quarts * 279 liters * 0.28 cubic meters

Half of the legs were wrong

Purchased two of these in one trip. Both have the same problem. The legs are supposed to be a mirrored set - A and A1 - for the notches the other boards are supposed to fit into. Even though the box included two legs with A stickers and two with A1 stickers, all of the legs were actually identical. The units can't be assembled. The wife wants the planters for this season so I will likely mill replacement legs rather than returning the units.

They dropped the ball half way through.

The wood went together surprisingly easy and precise. I was impressed! Then I spent forever trying to juggle and tweak the metal bin so that all parts would come together in an acceptable manner. I was headed for a 5 rating but ended with 2 1/2 due to out of square metal cuts and/or bends.

Yes, I recommend this product.
