Cons would be: all dogs are different, just like humans, you don't know how your specific dog will do with a new treat until you try it. He loved it, but......

I work at TSC, and we sell lots of these. I bought a couple for my adult German Shepherd. I pictured him lying on the porch chewing on it for hours. I was wrong. He used his strong jaws to completely consume it in about 45 minutes. I watched him the whole time, and he chewed it up in very small pieces, didn't swallow any big ones. He clearly enjoyed it, but I'm wondering if it is healthy for him?

We bought 2 of these bones, gave each our our dogs one. Both became violently ill. One needed to go to the vet. These bones splinter horribly!

Dangerous

Do not buy this bone. Made my dog extremely sick. He’s thrown up 7 times today. Each time he throws up, there are pieces of the bone coming back up. Some prices are sharp. This is genuinely a dangerous product and it’s a shame that they are still being sold.
